The short version
OnTrack helps you plan your week. It's free while it's being tested, it's invite-only, and you can leave whenever you like.
It's not a tutor, a therapist, or a doctor, and the AI gets things wrong sometimes — your deadlines are still yours.
Be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to this too.
1.What this is
OnTrack is a private, invite-only test of a weekly planning app, run by Anthony Rex. Using it means you're agreeing to what's on this page and to the privacy policy.
Because it's a test, things will change, break, and occasionally be rebuilt. We'll tell you when something significant changes.
2.Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older.
If you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to read this and agree before you sign up. They can also ask us to close your account, and we'll do it.
Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
3.What OnTrack is not
It isn't medical or mental-health care. OnTrack asks how you're leaving the day and gives you somewhere to put what's on your mind. That's a place to set something down, not treatment, and nothing in it is advice about your health. It won't respond to how you're feeling, and it isn't watching for anything.
If you're struggling, please talk to someone who can actually help — someone you trust, a doctor, or a counsellor. In the US you can call or text 988 any time, for free, and reach a real person. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
It isn't a tutor. OnTrack won't explain your coursework, answer questions from it, or write any part of an assignment. Doing your work is still doing your work.
It isn't a guarantee. It helps you decide what to do and when. It can't make the week fit, and it doesn't promise anything about how school goes.
4.The AI gets things wrong
OnTrack uses AI to sort what you write and build your plan. It misreads things. It can put a task on the wrong day, misread a date off a photo of a syllabus, or get a recurring class wrong.
Check anything that matters. Your real deadlines, shifts and commitments are yours to keep track of — a missed assignment is not something we can put right.
5.Using it decently
Don't use OnTrack to break the law or to hurt anybody.
Don't try to break into it, pull other people's data out of it, or hammer it to knock it over. If you find a security hole, email instead — we'll thank you properly.
Don't upload other people's private information, and don't upload anything you don't have the right to.
6.Your writing stays yours
Everything you put into OnTrack belongs to you. We don't claim it, and we don't gain any right to publish it or use it for anything other than running the app for you, as described in the privacy policy.
You can take it all with you whenever you want — the You screen has a button that hands you the lot.
7.What it costs
Right now, nothing. OnTrack is free while it's being tested, and we aren't collecting payment details from anyone.
If that changes, you'll be told clearly and in advance, and you'd have to agree before anything was charged. Nobody's free account turns into a paid one by itself.
8.Stopping
You can leave any time. Delete your account from the You screen; it takes one confirmation and nothing is kept.
We can close an account that's being used to break these terms — for abuse or for attacking the service. We'd tell you why, and you'd get your data first unless that's impossible.
If OnTrack shuts down, you'll get a month's notice and a chance to download everything.
9.The unavoidably legal bit
OnTrack is provided as it is, without warranties. We can't promise it will always be available, always be accurate, or never lose anything — which is exactly why the download button exists and why it's worth using.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of OnTrack — a missed deadline, a grade, a shift. Since OnTrack is currently free, any liability we do have is limited to what you've paid us, which is nothing.
None of this limits anything that can't legally be limited, and nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
10.If these change
We'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, you'll hear about it directly rather than being left to find it.
Not finished yet
Two things a paid service needs are deliberately absent while OnTrack is a free test: the registered company and address behind it, and a governing-law clause naming where any dispute would be handled.
Both go in before OnTrack charges for anything — along with real payment, cancellation and refund terms.
