OnTrack takes everything a student is carrying—classes, shifts, practices, and the thing they keep forgetting—and turns it into one clear week. Then it shows them one thing at a time.
Watch-out Thursday is packed. Wednesday night is your real deadline.

Why OnTrack
The week exists in six places and never in one.
Canvas. A group chat. A coach’s text. A syllabus. A changing work schedule. Memory. Knowing everything you have to do is one problem. Knowing what to do right now is another. OnTrack is built to answer the second.
Inside OnTrack
One screen for the moment you’re in.
Brain dump the noise, shape the week, take the next step, and close the loop—without living in the app.
MONDAY · AUG 17Good morning, Alex.

Feet on the floor. Let your shoulders drop. Breathe out a little longer than you breathe in.

01 · OPEN THE DAY
See today, not everything.
Fixed places, a short list, and one clear place to start. Everything else stays safely on the week.
WEEK OF AUG 17Plan the week.

One small screen at a time. First, empty each bucket. Then walk through each day.

School 8–3. Cross-country 3:30–5:30.
Tuesday
School 8–3. Student Council at lunch.
02 · PLAN THE WEEK
Get it out. Then make it fit.
OnTrack separates things to do, places to be, and due dates—then fits the work around the schedule that cannot move.
03 · BREAK IT DOWN
Make “start” small enough.
Describe what finished looks like, when it’s due, and which part feels hardest. OnTrack turns the task into concrete steps and gives you the smallest possible first move.
DAILY CLOSE · 3 MIN
That’s enough for today.
Your wins are counted. Tomorrow is set up. You can let the day go now.

04 · CLOSE THE DAY
Nothing rolls forward silently.
Mark it done, move it to tomorrow, park it, or drop it. Two minutes closes the loop and quietly builds the next day.
The weekly rhythm
Four beats. Only one takes more than two minutes.
01 · ONCE A WEEK
Plan
Empty your head, sort what came out, and fit the work around your fixed schedule.
02 · EACH MORNING
Open
See today: where you’ll be, what’s on tap, and the one thing to start.
03 · EACH EVENING
Close
Count what moved and make a decision about anything that did not.
04 · END OF WEEK
Look back
See what moved and name one win worth carrying into the next week.
Built differently
Not another planner.
OnTrack does more than hold a list. It helps a student unload what they’re carrying, make sense of it, fit it into a real week, and find the next doable move.
01
Things, not minutes.
Plan a realistic amount of work without turning every day into a spreadsheet.
02
Places aren’t tasks.
Classes, shifts, and practices shape the week. They are not boxes to check.
03
No silent rollover.
Every unfinished thing gets a decision: tomorrow, park it, or drop it.
04
Earned encouragement.
Encouragement points to something that actually happened.
05
One next thing.
Each screen answers what comes next, without asking you to manage everything at once.
Student first
Used by the student. Not administered to them.
There is no parent view, teacher dashboard, public profile, or comparison with anyone else. OnTrack is not a tutor, therapy tool, habit tracker, gradebook, or social network.
The student controls their information, including the ability to download it, start over, or delete their account.

What “early” means
Some parts are still being refined. Calendar changes can take time to appear, iPhone reminders require adding OnTrack to the home screen, and photo import should be reviewed before saving.
